Masons to hold open forum on Islam

The Western Star Lodge 26 Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Albert Lea will hold an open forum about the Islamic religion at the Albert Lea Civic Theatre, with guest speakers Dr. Hatem M. Elhagaly (known to many as Dr. Aly) of Albert Lea, and Moni Islam and Tasia Islam of the Twin Cities.
If the first open forum is a success then the Masons are looking at holding more and making this a series. Other religions or schools of thought that may be presented include Judaism, Baha’i or American Indian.
